In fact I really love how Warren Buffett did with his life before he actually became successful. He told us that we need to apply certain habit before we can actually proceed with the successful attitude. Well successful is a chain of process and you can either back up or move forward anytime. So today hungry zombie will identify some habits that you can practice before you turn 30.
Essentially every habit that we possess now has been inscribed into our brain through repetition. So that's why some habits are very hard and heavy to break. Well it's not impossible, you just need persistence and perseverance to do this. What do you think that hold you back to break the bad habit? It is the resistance of changes. So what do you think about changes? Every one hates changes, and in fact for most people they don't want to change so they refuse it. Your current state is your comfort zone, what can you do to move forward? You need to get out from your comfort zone because your new destination will start at the end of your comfort zone.

1. Eating Habits
There are a numerous reason why you should take care of what you eat daily. This is to avoid the risk of heart disease; causes tooth decay and cavities; raises blood pressure, and more. It's not a secret that most people love to eat junkfood, high calories with no nutritional value food (like donuts, muffin, cookies, chips, etc) and also drinking sodas. Those foods will lead you no where other than a bad health condition. What you can do is to switch those foods with almonds, dried fruit, homemade trail mix, low-sugar granola bars, rice cakes, apple slices with peanut butter, carrot sticks or you can try eating more home made vegetable if you're hungry. You can find more healthy diet recipe out there that you can implement at home. Lastly switch your soda with water, as you know Every cell in our body uses water to regulate body temperature, moisten tissues, lubricate joints, protect organs, ease digestion, flush waste produces, dissolve essential minerals and nutrients, and carry oxygen throughout the body.
2. Lifestyle habits
We are living in a modern type of era where everything you need, you can obtain by using your phone. Actually it's a good thing since it makes everything more convenient right? However it's better if you can move your body a bit. Obesity is one of the biggest problem here in this modern society, you can find a lot of people actually have an extra size which makes them hard to move. What can you do to avoid obesity? you can try to go for exercise, for me myself I always go for my exercise session 2-3 times a week no matter what happened. I always push myself to train since it's better for my health and will help me relief my stress plus I can sleep well too.
Exercise can also help you relief your stress, which is good since as a fulltime worker you will have a lot of stress that will need to be relieved every day. You can talk to your spouse, girlfriend, boy friend or maybe family but you can release it while you're on your exercise session too which is the same. so it will take care your body and also your mind :) Mental health is one of your priority since it can break you anytime if you don't take care of it. Lastly sleep hygiene – habits will help ensure a good night’s sleep – is critical. Lay off the caffeine, limit daytime napping, and having an established bedtime routine are three crucial elements of sleep quality.

We highlighted about you can obtain almost everything by using your phone on the previous section. We understand that people use their phones for just about everything nowadays, business purposes included. But did you know that accumulating research shows an overdependence on technology can change your behavior? What can you do is, when you meet your friends or family try to put your phone away and practice your active listening skills. To actively listen is to fully concentrate, understand, respond, and remember what’s being said without preparing your response.
Hungry zombie has one more thing that you can try, I tried it before and it makes my day different. Random acts of kindness are beautiful things. Try to make it a point to do something nice for someone every day. So it is very simple, you can start by saying thank you if someone helps you or you can try by opening doors for someone, offering seats to someone needed or well just share your food with your friends. Simple random kindness will actually make a different.
