So the hot weather in Bangkok is undeniably will make you tired easily if you're not getting used to this kind of weather however luckily since I came from Jakarta it is still nothing. :) I travelled to one of the most popular places in Bangkok called Asiatique The Riverfront. I wasn't here during my last few trip to Bangkok so this was my first time. It is located by the sight of the beautiful Chao Phraya River with a unique style of night market. With a fabulous view, variety of product shops and romantic restaurants, Asiatique has some few interesting facilities that you can try too.

This time hungry zombie will suggest you to use BTS to Saphan Taksin Station to enjoy the most of your trip to Asiatique. It will be your perfect opportunity to enjoy the sun slowly set in sky. (My suggestion is to go there around 4pm) So the boat will cost you around 30 baht per trip, no worries it's cheap :D Actually you can reach here by taxi as well but it`s not recommended as the traffic here is really bad. Since you`re travelling I will suggest you to take time by taking BTS while you are enjoying the view.

Once you enter the hangars, you appreciate the design even more; this is probably the only market in Bangkok where you can find a stall by looking at a map. Asiatique is split into four categories to help you find what you are looking for without too much hassle. The Chareonkrung District is where you will find the majority of the small boutiques (over 1,000 in four warehouses) selling souvenirs, handicrafts, jewellery, and clothing. The little storefronts are attractive, the displays are interesting and there is a wide range on offer too, from fashionable Thai brands to affordable stores selling merchandise similar to those on offer in places like Chatuchak and MBK.
This really is one of the most organised night markets you’ll find in the city – there’s even a map to help you get from A to B! Different zones of the market cater to different tastes, depending on what you’re looking for – from shopping to cultural shows, and from historical artefacts and exhibitions to bars and restaurants – and a free tram service connects the different zones, making it easy to get around.
Asiatique also makes the most of its attractive riverfront location with a sizeable boardwalk that enjoys pleasant views out over the water and across Bangkok’s skyline. A ferris wheel, called Asiatique Sky and essentially a scaled-down version of the likes of the London Eye, also offers impressive views out over the city, though it has attracted bad press in the past for deceptively charging Thais and foreigners different rates.
If you are like me, a fan of muay thai, you can actually watch it here. the price is about 865 baht per person. To make it easier you can book it online so you can just come and watch directly.
The show will start from 8pm and it will take around 2 hours. It will be another enjoyable experience if you`re a fan of it.
Another favorite entertainment in Bangkok for nearly 30 years which is the Calypso Cabaret Show has something for everyone. The acts range from traditional Thai dance routines and dazzling burlesque to slapstick comedy and celebrity impersonations. Enjoy captivating special appearances by favorites including Elvis, Marilyn Monroe, and Beyonce. By the time the finale comes around, you don't want the show to end. Actually it is featuring more than 70 professional transgender artists, the show celebrates diversity and spirit through spectacular song, dance, and burlesque. One way or another it is another show you can`t miss. The price per person is around 1230 baht and you can book it online before your trip to bangkok. Please visit here for more information
You should save your best for last which to try the biggest ferris wheel in Bangkok. Well you will get another awesome landscape of bangkok night view from there. To enter there you should pay around 300 baht per person which will be worthy if you haven`t tried it before. Well you try and you`ll have more stories to tell and experience to remember right?
So guys trip to Asiatique will bring you a different experience since it is more organized and well managed. You can find a lot of shops and restaurant that you can try too. If you`re looking for a cheap stay around Asiatique you can browse it here
